The deintist is great, but the administrative staff (non-dental work related) is horrible. They don't return phone calls, and barely even answer the phone. They cancelled on my at the last minute for a teeth whitening and have lied to now not followed up with me in my several follow-up attempts since they cancelled on my 2.5 hours before the appointment.
