They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I am never put on hold for a long time. However, parking my car was difficult and inconvenient because for a few blocks around the office, you have to put quarters in the meters on the street or in a lot. Since you don't know how long you will be in there, you might have to go back out and feed the meter. You may be able to find a parking space a few blocks away, but the walk if about 1/2 mile and some may not want to walk that far.
