Without doubt the most bizarre experience I have ever had in a medical/dental practice. They cancelled my appointment, without telling me, because they couldn't get in touch with my insurance company. Then, when they DID make contact they rescheduled it for the next week. However, when I arrived the doctor was not available. They could not tell me the price of the veneer I needed - and now, a week later - they still have not called me back to reschedule with the dentist. It's just as well, I wouldn't step foot in that office again any way. The equipment was - LITERALLY - held together with masking tape in places! If I scratched my head the entire chair, light, etc. shook violently. There was brown ooze dripping down the walls. The dental instruments were covered in dust. I couldn't get over the nagging feeling that this was not a "real" dentist at all. I was looking for a diploma on the wall. It seemed as though they bought very old second hand equipment. The "art work" on the wall was torn and worn dental posters. PLEASE do not go to this dentist! They should be investigated by whomever investigates dentists!

I waited for my appointment in a small, smelly, and dirty waiting room for extended period of time. The exam rooms were outdated, and not clean. X-rays were done by very unpleasant and rough dental assistant who left me with a painful gums . After two hours in this office, I came out with a unforgettable experience that I would not wish upon anyone.
I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!

I visited the associate dentist, Dr. Hutchinson, she was gentle and concerned, but her x-ray technician was rough and had absolutely no manners in working with patients. She sang with the music in my face and complained that she worked all day because it was busy all day. She and another staff appeared to not like "white" patients and had an attitude. At one point, I had to put my hand out and tell her to "calm down" in a loud enough volume. She said "Oh, that's just me, I am always like that". While I was in my chair waiting, I could hear another patient in the next room and he was being pleasant and trying to appease his tech who was also black. She was big and grouf.

My dentist was professional and I don't know how doctor Noreen Shehan was but she appeared also to work with an attitude.

The young woman at the front desk was professional and polite. Dr. Hutchinson also was professional, but the rest of the staff were not. I am presently trying to find another dentist that accepts the insurance company I use. I would not refer anyone here.
