I have been impressed with Dr. Kianfar's professionalism for more than 10 years. And she's done a great job with my kids since they were 5 and 6 years old. The Ramsey office is also very convenient to get to right in the middle of town - next to the high school.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Their office staff were rude, did not keep me posted of my options. small place for waiting room. I will not go to them again

They are ok, but the Dr. is MEAN and she seem to be very mean to her staff. I think she wants everybody to feel like crap!!! The doctor was more concerned with what her staff was doing so she can yell at them then she was with her patients. WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little too cold. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure having cold water sprayed in my mouth every few minutes. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I'm sure if I will go back, but they are the only dentist close to me with my insurance.

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
