Dr Bernstein seems competent. I would like her to be more proactive, for example, I have to bring up a problem and ask her what can be done for it though it might be obvious to her like a chipped tooth/crown. Sometimes I can't see a problem and she can.

Best dental office ever!!! They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. & great cleaning services- and my bonding on my front teeth has never fallen out (like it has when other dentists do it! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
