My husband and I are patients at this office.
We consider Dr. Gill and his wife the best and most competent dentists in this area.
The staff is very friendly, and the office is extremely clean.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!
Does this provider remember you by name?
No, I always have to remind them
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
