Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Nwobo is the worst dentist in history! Her attitude sucks, she talks to people like they are her children, the office staff is clueless, they always screw up your appointments and then have you waiting hours with no explanation. Please save yourself the pain and trouble and go to another dentist.

I would not refer this place to anyone. I was referred to this dental office because my 9 yr old son was in pain, needed an extraction, and was to be seen by a pediatric dentist. They gave my son an appointment for a month later and told me that they would not perform any work on him, because they needed prior approval from my dental coverage. When I explained that I had contacted my dental coverage and that they informed me this was not true and advised me to have the dental office contact them directly; they would not make the phone call. They stated that the Office Manager would only allow my son a "consult" visit and that if they performed work, I would have to pay upfront. Needless to say, I did not take my son to this office. I contacted ABA Pediatric Dental in Jersey City, I was given an appointment for the following day, they CALLED my dental insurance got the approval the same day to extract my sons tooth, the Ortho and the pediatric dentist are now working on a treatment plan and my son did not have to wait two months in pain. I am a Newark resident and it is a shame that I had to travel to Jersey City to get quality dental care for my son. However, I am glad that I did not allow this office to have me wait while they waited to make sure they got paid; because someone was too lazy to pick up the phone and call my dental insurance.
