This dentist and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring, honest, and make you feel comfortable. I am a huge baby when it comes to anything medical, but they make you feel comfortable. I trust this dentist, as she shows you your xrays on a computer screen to explain anything that needs work. I have trouble trusting doctors/dentists after a few bad experiences, but I truly trust Dr. Lysenko.

I went to this Denist. Although, the front desk staff was very friendly. I did not like the Denist. Before she even looked at my teeth she said You may need a root canal and that was surely not the case. So she went on and did a filling and everything went wrong after that. I had to go back 3 times for her to fix the problem. It took about 2 months for the pain to go away.

This office is amazing. When I called to schedule my first visit, the receptionist was so polite. She answered every question I had about the dentist and the office. She had great phone skills and was able to schedule me in a timely manner. When I arrived at the office, I met the receptionist, Christina, and she was just as polite in person as she was on the phone. I felt very welcomed here. When I was called back to see the hygienist I was a bit nervous but she also made me feel very comfortable. She talked me through everything I needed to do and explained all things I was doing right. My former dentist would only tell me the things I was doing wrong and never congratulated me for improving my oral hygiene. The doctor came in to explain the work I needed to have done. She told me a few things that were needed to be done as soon as possible or they would cause pain soon and others that could wait. She was able to answer every question I had regarding treatment. I am scheduled to see this doctor next week, once that visit is complete a follow up review on the doctors work will be done. Im sure it will be great though.
As far as referring others to this office, I would refer them in a heart beat!!

I received sloppy work at this office. Six months later, my problems are much worse than when I first visited this dentist. The materials she used are literally crumbling in my mouth. I have visited two other dentists for their opinion and they confirmed my fears- the work done by this "dentist" has done more damage than good and I will have to have a lot more work done. Painful work, on top of it.
