They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They do not return call...there so called "paperless" idea sucks....If i would have known the ins co wansnt going to cover, I would of handled it with them...instead they NEVER notified me of the outstanding bill....and when I call the office manager in attempt to resolve...she ignores my numerious calllllls...Stay away from this place. Oh...and the cap they did...needs to be re-done. so i guess i have to put out more $. grrrrrrrrrr

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I missed an appointment and when I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from and still wanted to charge $100 for a missed appointment. They do not bill you properly, they bill you in advance and lie to you and tell you later on there was some discprency and once the insurance comes through it will work out...in their favor. They do not know what they are doing and for those that are not paying attention and trusting their word are getting scraped in the pocket. I only wish I had paid attention earlier, the though of how much money I have paid out to them and yet their work always needs another appointment because it fell out or wasn't done right...just run away when you hear anyone speak of KAMY DENTAL!
