Dr. Bobrow and his staff are the best orthodontic professionals in the area. Dr. Bobrow takes a lot of pride in his work. When I open my mouth now, I look like a completely different person. He pays careful attention to detail, no matter how severe your case may be. I would recommend him and his great staff to any adult or child who desires a quality orthodontic procedure.

My only other experience with braces was when I got braces. The process was painful, outrageously expensive and required lengthy office visits – most of the time waiting on a doctor who either overbooked or left for a leisurely lunch while leaving patients to wait.
When it came time for my sons to get braces, I had completely the opposite experience; they helped me understand whether my insurance or my husbands insurance would be the best fit. Payments were clearly explained and charged to my credit card monthly. And, there were no other unseen payments- no per visit fee. All services were included in the fee that was presented at the onset of services. Visits were well coordinated so that both of my children could be seen at the same time. The staff is extremely friendly. And the doctor is not only professional but prompt and sensible. When we first visited for a consult, we didn’t have the sense that the doctor was seeing dollar signs flash before his eyes. He carefully waited to start treatment for when my children’s mouths were developmentally ready – not when the Doctor could squeeze us in. Dr. Boborow was recommended to me by my own dentist who sent his own children to him for braces, and like my dentist and his family, we have one beautiful smile and one more one the way.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Both of my children have been in Dr. Bobrow's care and I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. From the doctor's manner and care, his assistants to all the office staff, very professional yet accessible. I found his office manager/insurance person to be very helpful and caring. She assisted us in realizing the most of our benefits and considered our flexible spending accounts. I highly recommend this office.
