They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They SUCK! they dont care about the patients, they care about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
