Today I was where my 3-year-old son's dentist took him for his first check-up and it was the worst experience of our lives. The dentist's assistant asked me to sit him on my legs and put my legs on his little legs and hug him very strong to immobilize his arms and this assistant opened his small mouth with force to put a liquid with the machine. This first experience was terrifying for my little one, and this place does not have people who can generate in the children's memory good experiences for future visits. I am sure that my little one will never want to go back to the dentist because he keeps a terrifying experience in his memory. I thought that being a place for children could treat children more carefully but it was worse than the treatment they can give an adult. I will never return to this place and I will tell everyone I know about the unpleasant experience we live in that awful place. And worst of all, I had to pay $ 238 to torture my son. These people are not professional. I am very disappointed in the place and I feel guilty for creating a trauma to my son

This has got to be the worst unprofessional dentist office ever. I started my annoying journey with this office back on may 1 2015 it's july 8 2015 and my problem still exists. I use to go here as a kid so I thought I was familiar with the practice, but boy was I wrong. I went there because I just recently came back to the area, and the first time I went back I was in Irvington so I asked the receptionist about my situation and she advised me to make an appointment so I did. Fast forward to weeks later I finally see the doctor cant remember the name an Indian lady who gave me a root canal the whole time working on my mouth she was complaining and arguing with co-workers. Yelling asking who was using her station, and even telling her assistant how many men the other female dentist was sleeping with. So I just took it as a woman being caddy and ignored it. so I scheduled a second appointment.......never was seen again. When I got to the appointment I was informed by the receptionist that the doctor wasn't in she had an emergency, no one else can see me and I need to reschedule. So I did so.......two weeks later once again the doctor had and a family emergency...(me understanding) ... but no one else can see you so you have to reschedule.......so I did. Then the next appointment I was told the doctor is in but she is the only doctor in, She already has two patients for the morning and I will have to reschedule.......I explained how unprofessional it was and the look on the two receptionists face was as if I done something wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DENTIST!!!!!!! Run while you have a chance I feel foolish after knowing what I know and still expecting them to be professional
