Honestly, I didn't really enjoy any of my visits there. I went in for a cleaning and it felt like they ground down my teeth.. I've never had a cleaning like that. Furthermore, I felt like I was in a chop shop and they were trying to get me through as fast as possible. I went in for all 4 wisdom teeth to be removed and when I got home I had a hole in one of my front teeth... not a decay hole and I just had a cleaning a few days prior so this would have been noted in my chart. I can only assume it happened during the procedure as I had never seen it beforehand and noticed it immediately after I got home. I also had a problem with my bill and being charged for miscellaneous items which became a whole new nightmare. Their billing department is RIDICULOUSLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. If the moron would have listened to what I had to say instead of cutting me off and arguing with me every 2 seconds, the problem would have been taken care of pain-free. Instead, it was literally the worst billing problem I have ever experienced and that was due to the lack of professionalism. Find another dental office.

I have an extreme fear of the dentist since I was slapped in the face by my childhood dentist and I always seem to hyperventilate when I go to a new dentist. Sue, greeted me and made me feel extremely comfortable. The dentist was very noligible and also made me feel comfortable as well.

The Primary Dentist and Specialty Dentists are all very professional and personable. I first started using this practice during an emergency and have since changed to using this practice full time. The office staff goes out of their way to work with your insurance company. Appointments are made conveniently and patients are reminded several days ahead of time. In the case of an emergency, you are always seen. I am extremely glad that I switched to this practice. Having all the dental specialties in one facility makes it much easier to maintain good oral health.
