The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
