I had an excellent visit at Dr Vidal’s office. As usual, the staff was friendly,caring and helpful. The professional care was gentle but thorough. Keep up the good work!

Your approach on what is realistic, lets face it! a lot of times we go into a dentist with what we think we looked like and what we want and its totally the imagination. I am here as a result of poor care from previous dentist and so far I am
a lot happier. I have had previous issues fixed and no complaints.

AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! I spent two years here thinking she was a decent dentist, and putting up with her rude receptionist, but after I left, I discovered that the two $1500 crowns she insisted I needed immediately, I didn't need at all! She nagged me the entire time to get two more $1500 crowns because of "cracked fillings", and I never did get them. My new dentist said I don't need them at all - that I don't really have a problem. If one appears, then she will address it! So I gave this woman $3000 for nothing. They also told me I needed cleaning every 4 months because I have a small mouth, and my new dentist said every 6 months was perfectly fine! But the worst problem was that the incompetent hygienist was too rough and I'm still suffering an INJURY that she caused! After speaking to a doctor and another dentist, they are in agreement that she caused it. AVOID THIS DENTIST unless you want to be RIPPED OFF or worse!!

I love Dr. Vidal. I had been looking for a good dentist for a very long time, and finally found her through the recommendation of my oral surgeon. She's up on all of the latest dental technology and is painless. I like the fact that they use digital x-rays which are more accurate and give off less radiation. The office is comfortable, and the office staff couldn't be nicer. She's a little pricy, but worth it.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Yes
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
