This is the worst dental office in NJ. They don’t communicated with their patients, they start a procedure on you without consulting with you, not knowing if you wish to get a second opinion or if you can afford their services which they are extremely expensive,.. Actually ridicules prices. When you get your bill over the mail and you call the office you get the runarounds and no one can explain your charges. Oh and if you break an appointment you HAVE TO PAY 100 dollars!!!!! I will NOT recommend this dentist to anyone!!!!
I had made the unfortunate decision to go to Diamond Spring Dental of Denville, NJ for a checkup. It was during that visit that I was advised that one of my preexisting crowns needed to be replaced. However what Diamond Spring Dental didn't know was that the crown they were talking about was brand new and had just been placed in my mouth by a very prestigious dentist from another State and practice. I then immediately decided to go back to the dentist who had recently installed the crown to get his take on the condition of the crown. My previous dentist then proceeded to inform me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the crown in question. Both my previous dentist and I then proceeded to immediately call Diamond Spring Dental for an explanation as to why they felt the crown in question needed replacing. Please be advised that during the call Diamond Spring Dental proceeded to refuse comment on the entire matter. I would NOT recommend DiamondSpringDental of Denville, to anyone.
