Dr. Smirnova, is an excellent Dentist takes her time to diagnose and is a perfectionist at what she does. I would recomend her to my friends. completely satisfied.. nice and clean office and friendly staff.

I do NOT reccomend Dr Julia Smirnova I hate to write a bad review, but this particular location deserves it, at least the times I've gone. I needed a dentist so I just picked A+ dentist, being so close to Cliffside Park, NJ and having late hours (which is a good thing!)

The receptionists are all friendly, I'll give them that. I just did not like the service there at all! The hygenist was very very rough when doing a routine cleaning (I'm talking brutal here - I take good care of my teeth so it's not like she had to scrape years worth of plaque off). I left the office wanting to call out of work, it was seriously that painful!

I only saw Dr Julia Smirnova for about 10 minutes, during which she informed me I had 6-8 cavities that needed to be filled (I've never had a cavity prior to this visit). I went to a different dentist and what do ya know, I only need 1 filled, and it's not an urgent need! So glad I got a 2nd opinion.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
