I went for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. Every surgeon I've gone to in the past and including the doctor who referred me to Dr. Eichen has told me that all four have to come out (due to insurance reasons, I've had to wait until now). I go to Dr. Eichen's office where their panorama X-Ray machine is working poorly, but they still take an x-ray where you can't even see my 4th wisdom tooth. The doctor was very hesitant about removing any of my wisdom teeth but said he'd do it if I "really wanted him to", but only the bottom two. Not only did the doctor seem like he didn't want to be bothered with my case, but they billed my insurance company for the poor panorama, when the front desk specifically told me that they weren't going to do so.

Go somewhere else. If your case seems even remotely cumbersome to them, they either won't do it or discourage you from it. Go to a doctor who knows what they're doing and will do it.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Dr. Echichen went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, I had 3 teeth removed and inplants done with very little pain. Above all he is very very professional and staff are great. PS this is my 9th implant....db
