This place is HORRIBLE.

Do not go there and if you do stay far away from Dr. Richard D’Avarzo. This place used to be a family and friendly environment until about five years ago. It got worse since Dr. D’Avarzo joined the practice. My son who is a teenager must have said something not right to his ears and he began to react unprofessionally and he told my son he does not want to treat his teeth. I then had to step in to mediate the situation.

That is only the beginning, a couple of months later, when we came back for a follow up visit, he still held a grudge on my son and refused to answer my son’s question.

Dr Richard D’Avanzo is too sensitive and unfit to deal with patients.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
