I was seen July 12 , I have yet to hear ANYTHING about follow up or fixing the amount of pain I have to walk around with everyday . Multiple surveys have been sent asking about my appointment, apparently the surveys are far more important than my health !

I'm just another client to them. The office was easy enough to find. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They were a little too argumentative, they didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. It took almost 3 months to get an appointment set up because they were not submitting all the correct paperwork to the insurance company, I had to keep calling the office every week to follow up and they were arguing with me about billing my health insurance before my dental. Finally got the appointment and guess what they billed my dental ins just recieved the an EOB stating I have to $75.00 copay, they never billed my health ins which covers 100% of oral surgery. Very Frustrating and we will never use this office again.
