I give it four and a half stars, because the staff is great. I always had Chrissy as my dentist and she was great. Great personality, pain free (as far as I'm not gripping the arm rests is concerned, at least) But when Dr. Morley would come in, my experience turned into more of a sour one. The thing is, Morley knows what he's doing; I wasn't in any pain when he worked on me, but like another reviewer said, his communication skills were none at all. He wouldn't talk to me. No "Hello" "How are you?" None of that. I had him as a dentist for probably five to eight years and he never uttered a word to me. Even when he worked on me. Another thing is, he would talk as if you weren't in the room (like the other reviewer said), but one time, he talked to his assistant and belittled me as if I wasn't there. If you're trying to communicate that someone (that being me) is doing something wrong, you don't tell your assistant, you tell me. Apparently he was fine with my mother; I don't know, maybe he hates men. Everyone's money is green though. To be fair, as said before, he knew what he was doing, he was fair with his prices, and surprisingly, despite seeming like I'm dragging his name through the dirt, I would still recommend him. Is he cold? Is he kind of an a-hole? Yep. Was it a bad day? No. That was my experience every time I saw him. Maybe it was a psychological thing, "Oh, I better take care of my teeth or I'm going to have to deal with the Morley!" I don't know. But like I said, he knew what he was doing, my experiences with him were pain free, and he was fair with his prices. This review may be moot though as I heard he is retired. But I'd still go to him. Just work on your people skills a little though if you're not. It won't kill you to say hi.

Staff is great. Dr not so great...poor communication skills and no follow through. Never seems to acknowledge patients presence in the room - speaks to hygenist as if you are not even there about any issues instead of communicating directly. If you have children go elsewhere as he does not seem comfortable in working with them and they will have a poor experience.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
