I have been a dental patient of Dr. Karelitz for over 20 years. He's awesome! I don't know what I'm going to do if/when he ever decides to retire. And I love my hygienist, too. I usually have a regular hygienist. Sometimes I get a different one, but they are all very, very good at what they do.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
