I elected to not have X-rays for various reasons: unneeded radiation and I expected to have dental insurance in the near future. I do not have any dental issues. Dr. Ho became beyond irate with me, embarrassing me in front of patients & staff. I was in shock to say the least. She was unwilling to keep me as a patient, telling me I can no longer be seen by her, even though I pay for my care 100% before leaving each visit. She would listen to my rational and discarded me as a nuisance, refusing to take into consideration my choice. Fortunately, I have found a great new dentist.

Dr Ho is honest and and has an excellent staff. She has been my dentist for 5 years. She graciously switched my regular check-up on short notice for a comprehensive exam of my father who had been diagnosed overseas with oral cancer and needed a STAT dental eval. I travel over 40 minutes to see her and wouldn't dream of switching.

Highly recommend!
