Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
