I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
