Very unsatisfactory experience. Dr was inexperienced and refused to provide me with anything to calm me. Previously I have been given nitrous oxide because I have a very intense fear of the dentist chair! Also, I called on Monday and explained that I was having a lot of pain and they wouldn't see me until Thursday!

Lori was very nice on the phone and super nice when I met her in person. She made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice, and didn't rush me. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions. The hygienist didn't lecture me because I didn't floss, but she inspired me to floss more-and I've been good about it! Thanks April. I recommended Dundee Family Dental when my friend had a toothache. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. And, you have to have a key from the front desk to get into the bathroom so no risk of getting walked in on!
