Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. I love that I can count on Dr. Schroeder and his staff to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Every time I come to Dr. Schroeder's office I am remembered by name and greeted as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
