The office manager is rude. You explain to her that you haven't received any bills from office she wants to argue with the customer. Needs to be more respectful

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
