They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. The decor provided a fun, comfortable atmosphere and there was magazines and entertainment. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
