I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They will double charge you be prepared to pay the following months they will tell you something is covered under your insurance when in fact it is not!

They repeatedly told my husband and me a procedure was covered by insurance then 5 months after last contact sent me a "pay now or else" type letter with no explanation. I offered to pay this bill and then deal with the insurance company myself, but every time, over the course of 11 months was continually told insurance would cover it. Very unprofessional organization.

They treat you according to your insurance coverage. If you have excellent dental insurance they will treat you wonderfully. If you have medicaid/Medicare, LOL, be prepared to be treated like a stray animal. Very unprofessional.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
