They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
