They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. My kids have had this as their dentist for a while and I have always been dissatisfied with the ladies at the front desk, they are snoody, stuck up and VERY rude! I like the dentist, she is great. I do not like the customer care from the front desk gals at all. Too bad I can't find a new pffice for my kiddos. I hate paying someone who has such a snotty attitude.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

GREAT hygentist. Dentist seemed very plesant, will know more after I have alittle work done. However, the front desk woman made it very clear she was overwhelmed and went out of her way to stress she wouldn't be very helpfull to me. (Would'nt look into my insurance, said she would NOT call me to confirm my apointment even though I begged her to)
I worked in dentistry for 10 years, and the front desk girls would have done ANY thing a client asked.
