There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The worst thing is that they can never get my appointments correct. I make appointments and they are not written down. I am a busy person and do not have time to wait around for their mistakes. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! tried of all their crap they do. Worst dentist I have been to!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
