After moving to Brunswick County from Wilmington, I have been looking for a dentist that doesn't require me to cross the bridge. So, I tried Waterford Dental, which turned out to be a big mistake. Honestly, what can I say to sum up my experience, how about RUDE, BAD-MANNERED, DISCOURTEOUS, ARROGANT, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The dentist is very condescending, the office is slow, small and noisy. I felt as if I had no input into my treatment. I was basically told that i don't have the capacity to understand what a Doctor knows. I am a professional mother of three and not some idiot, don't treat me like one. And the sophomoric banter among the staff was not cute, it was degrading to women and not what you would expect from a dental professional.
