the people in the office were very rude because I was 15 min. late due to the fact that I had other another appointment in the building that day the office person was very nasty about having to pay over time because he want not on time and they still had me out of the office by 5 I do not see me using this office again

I don't recall getting any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. But they did a very cursory job and my teeth were not very clean when they finished. I didn't see the dental equipment, but the patient rooms were filthy - stained walls and trash on the floor. I felt like a number there, and they rushed us through. They tried to sell me more services than I needed and I was not even spoken to about my daughters' appointment - good, bad, or indifferent. The check-out staff was not familar with the insurance we had and was not at all friendly. Needless to say we have found another dentist to go to.
