Although it took quite some time to get to the back. My daughter was extremely nervous. The assistant Shawna was awesome! She made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. Front desk wasn't bad but they weren't great. I would definitely return the level of service out weighs the wait.

My experience was great. I did notice that the front office staff were rude and unprofessional to other patrons that were rude to the staff as well. My children were treated very well and the staff actually providing care in the back were amazing and worked well with my children and each other. I initially felt that my first visit would be my last due to the front office staff but after going to the back with my children and getting great service, I decided to continue bringing my children here.
