Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've ever had. I have been going to him for almost 10 years and I will never change to another dentist. He is kind, caring and funny. He goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to help and he does a great job. His staff is amazing - especially Loretta and Lynn. I actually look forward to going to the office just so I can see them all which never happened before going to Atlantic!!!

Please do not go to this practice! Dr. Lee performed a procedure on me stating he did it all the time and was perfectly safe and my teeth have been a mess ever since. I put my trust in him and have paid dearly both emotionally and monetarily for it. Even worse, when I kept saying my teeth didn't feel right, he eventually rolled his eyes at me and his hygienist escorted me out of the office like I was some sort of criminal. They do not care about the patient at all, only getting you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible. I would hate for someone else to go through what I have.

I cracked a molar on Thursday afternoon just 4 days before Christmas. Most businesses were closed on Friday, Monday and Tuesday for the holidays but Dr Frazelle's sympathetic and accommodating staff fit me in as a new patient. I ended up needing an Endodontist for a route canal but they called all three that they refer their patients to and sent me off with an Rx so I could make it through the week-end until my Monday appointment. They were so nice and after my route canal I went back for my crown and they were great. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
