Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Kind of wish I went to another orthodontist, staff rushed my visit and made mistakes which left me in unneccessary pain and then it took forever for it to get fixed. Some staff are friendly, some not so much.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really enjoy Sarah- she is such an asset to this office.
