Drs. Helsabeck and Vann have been my dentists for many years. They are knowledgeable and up-to-date. They offer local anesthetic to make sure I don't feel any pain during my procedures, and they asked every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I always feel like they really care about me. The office is very easy to locate. They always answer each and every question I have, and they encourage me to call if I have additional questions. They give me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The staff is excellent - friendly and professional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
