Their billing is a nightmare. Disappearing payments, billing me different amounts than my insurance was billed or more than the contracted insurance contract calls for. "Discovering" unpaid bills from visits the prior year. Every visit generates hours of phone calls trying to straighten out their mess. They are incompetent at best and criminal at worst.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
