I called to get my daugther who is a student at Chowan University an appointment and no one ever returned my call. I call on Thursday, September 11, 2014 and to date which is Monday, September 15 no one has contacted me back. Their offices are closed on Friday so go figure. Not only did no one ever contact me back their phone is never answered and goes to voice mail forcing you to leave a message. Had to end up getting her an appointment at a dentist in Ahoskie which is 20 miles away when this office is right in Murfreesboro where her school is.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
