For having a first ever root canal, I'll have to say it went very smoothly.
Dr. Haglund has a GREAT chair side manner and is very soothing. I've had a rougher time with some fillings at the dentist, unlike this root canal. I was amazed. Very pleasant and friendly staff also ! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Haglund and his staff to anyone !

The staff and Dr Haglund were very friendly and I felt that he knew what he was doing. I did not have any problems for a while but now I do have an infected root canal and will likely have to have the tooth out, unfortunately

I really like Dr. Haglund and his staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because Dr Haglund followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me and had a cell number available for me to call if I had any issues. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love that they ask you what music you want to hear; it helps you relax. Dr Haglund is caring, warm, and very good at what he does.

I had somewhat of an emergency and had to get a sensitive tooth checked out. Dr. Haglund was able to see me only a few hours after my dentist referred me to him AND give me the procedure I needed to correct the issue (which was a root canal, so no small task!). As I was the last patient of the day, Dr. Haglund stayed late to do the procedure. I'm always very picky about dentists so I was a bit nervous going into it, but Dr. Haglund made me feel so at ease. It didn't take long and was no worse than having a cavity filled. I would absolutely encourage anyone in the Mooresville or surrounding area to visit this dentist for any endodontic needs and cannot say enough about how pleased and grateful I am to Dr. Haglund and his wonderful office staff.

Dr. Haglund is so great! He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease!
His staff is great too! I HIGHLY recommend him! They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
