The overall staff was very nice and the manager (I think that was his title) spent a good amount of time explaining everything about my treatment plan. I really appreciated all the extra effort he went through. However, I didn't feel that the dentist was very friendly. I was worried about something hurting and she kind of snapped at me, saying "I would never do that" as if I assumed she was stupid and would hurt me. That was not at all what I meant. I am not sure if I will keep her as my provider.

The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming she hardly speaks to the patients. I had my daughter's care with them and was very basic. As a result of their inexperience or lack of atttention now she has a major problem with her front teeth. During the three years she was under their care I was never approached to prevent the problem. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. It is the very worst dentist I have ever been!

Every time I visit, I have to remind them about all the pain and infection i ve been having and to have a little compassion when I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I was a little disappointed at how they wasnt concerned about how rough dr howell was when she pulled my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough with the after care I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.which is a really not a big deal for me. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of and money that you save with their fake discounts , for the terrible way they heard you in like cattle .Your opinion means nothing They act as though your their number one priorty when your signing up for the planand that your prior dentist was taking advantage of you Then after she tears your mouth up, you call because of terrible pain and bruising in the shape of dr howells hand prints,and they tell you that you will have to take your motrin and antibiotics because the first 72 hrs are going to be a little rough (she said that it was routine extractions) .Or during your treartment , you ask them to stop because its hurts and you may need a little novican,after the third tooth out of five that was pulled .If you have any dental phobias dont go here.I didnt have one before ,but now i do.Never again will i give them control of my mouth Me and my wholefamily went to this office with in three days ,We all had different procedure and came out of there in terrible pain.No Compassion in this office.No redemption .it was as if i was being too sensitive.
