This is by far the sweetest and most caring staff I've ever met at a dentist office! The second I walk in the door they welcome me with such kindness! Dr. Wohlgemuth is very patient and does an outstanding job every time I come in for a cleaning. Plus it's always fun to hear music in the background and Goofy Pictures on the ceiling! It's always scary going to a new place but this surpassed my fears and showed me there's actually better places out there like Dr.Wohlgemuth's Office!!! Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! It looked brand new

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Dr. W was very professional and I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. The front office is always friendly and made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It is a great feeling to be able to trust the office and Dr. W! Thanks!

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The front office has always been friendly and when it comes to scheduling, they are very helpful.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

This dentist is a far cry from what a healthcare professional should be. I am not happy with the filler he put in to correct the gap in my teeth. He made a mistake with his drill and tried to leave a jagged egde on my tooth. When I saw it immediately after he was done, he pretended not to notice. When I was adamant that it be fixed, he made the repair, but at the cost of my teeth. I now have oddly shaped front teeth.

I should have never returned after this, but during a regular check-up following this incident, his billing was not covered by my insurance and his billing manager refused to adjust the codes properly so my insurance would pay for it. Not only did she refuse, but she did so in an extremely sarcastic manner. I paid the additional cost out of pocket and it will be the last cent he will receive from me or my insurance. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY AS POSSIBLE! YOU ARE ONLY A NUMBER, NOT A PERSON.
