My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Pak for several years. She can only be described as phenomenal. Dr. Pak is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. She takes the time to explain the best treatment plan for you. What's most impressive is that she doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist when needed. I could go on and on about my family's wonderful experiences with Dr. Pak and her team but I will share my final thought about this practice-they are the BEST in Charlotte

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

No, they only examined them for a few seconds

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
