Dr. Brofsky gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. I had a bad reaction to the drug he prescribed. I called the office 3 times in a two day period and asked if he could prescribe a different antibiotic. He never called me back, he never prescribed a different antibiotic. I have called today AGAIN and still, no return phone call! Its Friday and I will have to end up going to the emergency room to get different prescription if I can't go through the whole weekend like this. Go to a dentist that cares if you need help, thatcares if you had bad reactions to the drug he prescribed, that cares to help you. Find one that at least has the decency to return a call after days. FIND a different dentist!!
Also, when i gotto the office, the front dest gal said "oh by the way, i gave you the wrong price over the phone, it's going to be $200 more than i told you".
