Well, they were painless, courteous and professional. They pricing was in line. However three months later, one of my fillings they put in just fell out. It's the weekend so I don't know yet if they will stand by their work, but if the service I have received so far is any indication, I am sure they will??? In any event, I will let you know as soon as I do.

I went to Dr. Choe because I was having a headache, pain in my gums and swollen gland. I just walked in because the office was very close to my home. The sign was a little past the road leading to the actual office so I passed it at first but it helps to know the office is a little back from the road. The receptionist, Hannah, was very helpful. I was unsure if my insurance would cover everything so she called to get details. She explained everything to me so I understood my options. Almost immediately after I finished filling out the intake paperwork, I was taken into the exam room by the very friendly dental assistant (Jennifer I believe). She was very understanding and great at explaining everything she was going to do before she did it. Her demeanor helped to calm me since I was nervous and in pain.

Dr. Choe was wonderful as well. She came in, gave me an exam and explained what she saw on my x-rays. She then requested further x-rays to be absolutely sure of my diagnosis. I loved the way she recommended a course of action and explained why. It made me feel like I was making an informed decision.

As a result of my condition, I had to get immediate oral surgery to extract my tooth. Hannah worked quickly to schedule me for the surgery. Twenty minutes later, I was at the oral surgeon's office and Steele Creek Dental had already emailed my x-rays and information.

I would highly recommend Steele Creek Dental! They were gentle, understanding, quick, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent Service!
