These people are here only to make money and not help their patients. I have been with Reynolda Smiles for 3 years now. Everything was fine until my kids needed attention. My son has perfectly aligned teeth, no cavities, no decay of any sort, however the problem started when he was having his permanent molars come in, while his deciduous molars were still there. Common sense would be to extract the milk one's out to make room for the new one's, and the new one's will fall right in their place. But they refused, they want me to wait till he has full set of permanent on top of, deciduous teeth in his mouth. They want him to end up with a roller coaster of teeth poking around in his mouth first, and then asked me to go to an orthodontist (to be treated for crowded teeth) to get braces. He doesn't have a single tooth unaligned or crooked. So these geniuses want to "create a problem" and then fix it. I am sure they want to make money to pay for their new office rent. Hell, they even asked me to get my 5 year old daughter ready for braces!! Who doesn't have a single wiggly tooth right now. I pleaded, demanded to know the reason for the referral, but they have no explanation. I was simply told that "IF THEY TOOK OUT MY SON'S BABY TOOTH TO MAKE WAY FOR THE PERMANENT ONE'S THEN I WILL TURN AROUND AND SUE THEIR ASS". If this is the kind of treatment you want, then you should go to Reynolda Smiles. I took my business else where and brought it to my family members attention too (who go there). There are still doctors who would intervene in order to avoid a child with perfectly aligned teeth to not get braces. Some one who would use their common sense instead of going by the book, so that their ass wouldn't get sued, They are there to make money. Not to help people. Read world is different from medical text books and every situation is different. A smart doctor should know how to help people using his knowledge, not using his medical text books. A practice that doesn't want to treat people because they are scared of getting sued...should not be in this business. There's not a single dentist their that doesn't talk about braces. All dentists there love to put braces on your kid. If he doesn't need one, they will make sure he will one day.

I had a tooth to crack in a odd way and needed repair bad. I thought sure the dentist would have to put a crown in but he filled it because i ask him to. It was a front tooth and it looked bad. After Doctor Switzer got threw filling the tooth i thought he put a crown in because his work was so good it looked just like a crown. I have been to dentist who could not fill a filling in the top of a tooth but Doctor Switzer at Renolda Smiles in Winston Salem did a professonal good job. I just could not get over how good it looked and how much he charged. I highly reccommend Dr. Switzer and the other dentest for your dental work. If you don't go there you are missing out on the best Dentist in Winston Salem on Reynolda Rd. "Reynolda Smiles" they are good in everyway and thing they do.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and knew that I had some work to do . The office staff was very friendly and helpful and the ladies in the back made me feel very comfortable and calmed my fears. The office is very clean. I would recommend Reynolda Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I've been a patient for years and always very impressed with Dr Geer and his staff!!! They are professional and so friendly at the same time. I had an implant with zero pain the next day. I was so nervous about getting the implant, but after the ease of my first one I will go back soon for my next. Dr Prillaman and his team were awesome!! Great choice if you are looking for a dental office!

My visit at Reynolda Smiles was outstanding! The staff members were wonderful and treated me as if I were family.The check in & out process was quick and easy. The office was clean and everyone was very friendly. I will recommend this dentistry to family and friends.

I was in pain, got a prompt appointment . I was very scared, I need a lot of work done , no one made me feel bad about the state my mouth is in. Financial , fear, embarrassment all reason I have such a mess.
Dr Geer Talked To me, not at me, he made me feel like I can face this and it will be ok! One step One. Visit at a time.
The entire staff was so sweet , understanding of my fears, and so encouraging ,some had to stay late, due to an unexpected extraction, they did not act like they were "so ready to go" . I had no idea I was even there that late.
Compassionate. Clean. Clear with a plan to treat me, broke down to a breathable doable level.. Recommend to Anyone!

My dentist retired earlier this year and recommended Dr. Geer to us. My wife and I have needed to have several different procedures and the whole office was very helpful explaining why, and how much it was going to cost us after out insurance. We would highly recommend Reynolda Smiles. RB
