Dr Olson seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. I was quite uncomfortable with him personally.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
