They kept billing my insurance wrong (I had United Healthcare through employer, they continued to bill it as CHIPS regardless of my numerous phone calls to correct the mistake) which caused the claims to be rejected. I finally wrote a letter to their office explaining again the problem. I thought the insurance claim had finally been taken care of when I didn't hear/receive a bill from them again. Nearly 2 years later I was sued for the amount my insurance company was liable for! I should also mention that a week after my son was treated with them I took him back with a toothache in an adjacent tooth. We were told he was fine, nothing was wrong. Another week later we went to a different dentist when he was still in pain. It turns out the tooth had developed an infection inside of it that the new dentist felt was due to some sort of trauma. (the only possible trauma would have been the filling done to the tooth in front of it) This required a root canal treatment. I will never take my children back to this establishment!
